I am on "vacation" in my hometown with my family ...fun times!
I just wanted to post my 7 miles I ran this morning. It was only 67 degrees, but there was 95% humidity and not a single breeze. Yikes. But, it went well! I for sure thought that I was going to end up taking an ice bath afterwards, but didn't need to. Nope.
Happy July y'all. Hopefully everyone wonderful weather like it! I am going to go and soak some rays now...

I'll trade you weather conditions. For todays run it was 81 degrees at 6:30 am, with 90%++ humidity. After 13 miles the temp was in the mid-80's. Summers here... all we can do is make the best of it.

That temperature sounds better than back here in Minneapolis - 80 degree at 10:30 a.m. - very sticky!! Yuck - thank goodness for indoor gyms.

You ran 7 miles while visiting family? That's amazing. Usually I can't do any exercise when I'm visiting family.
