4 miles

Jog/walked 4 miles this morning. Very humid...and warm already. Plus, my Garmin batteries went dead halfway through the run. Real cool. I think I was still tired from the weekend and golfing yesterday! Not the greatest workout today, but I completed it. I also did an ab workout. I am sure I will be feeling that tomorrow....
