Training: WEEK 6

I almost forgot to post my Week 6 of my training! OOPS! Here it is!

Monday: OFF, had a long run sunday!
Tuesday: 2 mile Easy
Wednesday: XT - Bike 40 minutes, in the darn wind
Thursday: 5 mile run
Friday: OFF
Saturday: XT - EFX 25 minutes
Sunday: 6.2 mile run
