1 Book Down...

Just finished reading one of my shorter books for class... thought I would share this quote from the conclusion...

"It is often the small moments of interaction that matter most: smiling at a child, winking approval, sharing encouraging words when things aren't going well; firmly, consistently, and gently correcting behavior when needed. It is wise for us to be guided by the fact that ultimately it will not matter how many beautiful cars or homes we owned or rounds of golf we played, but touching the lives of children will."

Love that quote, I try to remember the little things with S as much as possible during the day, especially on days like today that are terrible. Good job on already finishing one bock.
