It was a well-needed weekend at home with the parents and sisters. Saturday was spent celebrating grandpa's 80th birthday with all of his friends and a bunch of family! It was a long day but wonderful. Afterwards a bunch of us cousins and a few aunts and uncles spent some time at the bar. In a small town like this one, we sure new how to make a place happening!
Okay. Now it's time. Time to get my butt back in gear. I didn't run for 1 week. This morning, I went out for a quick 1.5 miles with my sis around my parents neighborhood. It was a little
No class tomorrow + 52 degree weather = a nice easy 3 miles!

It is such a nice feeling to be getting back into the running grove after a layoff. Congrats on UNC, they will certainly go further than my Kentucky Wildcats. But, I work at Miami University and our team made it on a miracle, so I have to pull them as a 14 seed... have a great week...
Great pic of Grandpa! You are so fortunate to have him. I'm glad you could be there for his 80th B'day. You'll appreciate that even more sometime in the future.

hey... im just getting back in the groove after a week off also. So good lcuk to us both! India is great - I was in New Delhi for a bit and am now in Calcutta. Start posting some new stuff soon. Take care and enjoy the warm weather run.
