First and foremost.... I posted the last of the pictures from my sisters wedding... check 'em out!
After sleeping in the morning...shocker, I know.... I finally rolled out of bed, checked a few blogs, and was out the door for my scheduled 4 mile run. And what a beautiful morning it was. Ahh... I think a few runs in the heat and humidity has done some help. This run was kind of a Fartlek run...

Tomorrow is a scheduled rest day. And I will go with that. I will be spending the day, once again, traveling for an interview. Yeah!

I was going to ask if your "post run treat" included alcohol, but then I checked out the pic and that of course ruined it for me ;-) Nice 4 miler! Getting closer to HM distance!!

ok, so maybe i'm TOTALLY paranoid, but i would be wary of posting my precise running routes because i would be afraid of stalkers, crazy ex boyfriends and the like. maybe i've just had bad experiences with things like that in the past.
