I think this week has been an overall successful training week. We'll see what next week looks like... just a little worried about that...

Tuesday: OFF (very sore)
Wednesday: OFF (raining)
Thursday: 2.75 mile run, volleyball
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 8.06 mile run
Sunday: 9 mile bike
