2/3 Done!

RR: 5.1 miles, 60:13 minutes, and one feelin' good chica!

I wanted to take it nice and slow. Wes once told me that long runs should be done nice and slow. So that is what I did. But, I was consistant and did very minimal walking. It felt wonderful. It can be frustrating when you have a hard time being consistent, and then when you have a long run planned, it is hard to think that it will be 100% successful. This time, it was successful. What a great way to start the week... on top of handing in my last 3 projects today! I am 2/3 DONE with school! One more semester, folks! Now I get to start thinking about where I want to apply for jobs! The east coast keeps calling my name, but where do I want to apply?!? Hmmm.

Live life and make the most of it!

I wish I was 2/3 done with school, but I still need to get into nursing school so that I can even begin subtracting.

Congrats to you.

Hmmm... I'm 5.5 years down with 2.5 to go... that's almost exactly 2/3 too! We can celebrate together. Wooohoooo!!

Wes was right. Keep those long runs nice and slow to save your joints. They are about endurance, not speed. Great job!

and I find that I enjoy my long runs more than my short runs just for that reason. Very nice. You will be in demand when you graduate. Lots of nice places are calling your name...

Since you're a teacher and a college student, I have a student problem I'm wrestling with. Visit my blog for the latest post and give me your opinion. I need input on this decision! Thanks!
