Well, after a little comment made on my race report, I was a little miffed and decided to take it out on the thrillmill tonight. I went out and pushed myself and prove to myself I could pull a sub-12 on a 5K. I was able to run 3.1 miles in 34 minutes ...FLAT!
Correct me if I am wrong, but that is a sub-12 minute mile?!?!
Yeah, that is what I thought!
Take that anonymous blogger! Poof!
Happy running's, yall!

Not sure what the comment thing was about, but you have to run for yourself and NOT let what anybody says (or writes) to you bug you. You are doing great with your running. Hey...think of it this way...it pushed you to run harder, right? :-)
Beat my personal best-- 8:11 for a mile and a half!! And I don't even run every day.
By the way, I'm the same anonymous that wrote you before.
Have a great run!!
Anyonymous is either having a lend of you or is full of themselves.
I didn't read his last comment but this one is clearly baiting you, or they are 12 years old.
I am proud of your 34 flat, and I didn't even do it!
Hey, it's never a bad thing to have a little external motivation. The #1 thing that gets me moving is thinking that someone else out there thinks I can't do it.
Not that he (she) isn't a big jerk...
Jodi
I second RR, you are doing great and can't let what anyone else thinks get you down. Now if it provides motivation then that isn't all bad. Great job on the 34 flat.
WTF?! Why would someone say something bad....that's why the delete button is for. :D
I thought PR stood for PERSONAL record, not random anonymous person's so called best (I guess that would be RAPSCB)?!?!?! well it did motivate you, thats for sure! We aren't all born built for speed,so good job on the improvement!
Love ya,
Steph
Whatever someone says, whether it's true or false, sincere or rude, it doesn't matter. As long as your happy with what you've done at the end of the day, that is all that matters. You don't need to prove anything to anyone other than yourself.
Could "anonymous" be someone you know whose just yankin' your chain?
Thanks for making me run further than I normally do. ;)
love ur blog.
